Booking & Cancellation Policy

Making a Reservation

  • Reservations may be made through our official website (www.paradiseoceanviewboracay.com), authorized online travel agencies (OTAs), or by contacting us directly via e-mail.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation notice has been issued by Paradise Ocean View.

  • A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation is required upon check-in.

  • Room rates at the time of booking are honored for confirmed reservations. Rates are subject to change without prior notice for new or unconfirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: ( Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, GCash )

  • Full payment / A deposit of 100 % is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

  • All rates are quoted in PHP and are of applicable taxes and service charges.

Minimum Stay & Occupancy

  • Minimum number of 2 nights is required.

  • Maximum occupancy per unit must be observed at all times, including children (see Children Policy).

Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters), guests may rebook their stay within 30 days of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

  • No-shows will be treated as a cancellation, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

  • Rebooked stays under force majeure provisions are subject to prevailing rates at the time of the new booking.

Modifications to Booking

  • All confirmed bookings cannot be modified once confirmed. Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and can only be applied under force majeure.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

  • Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Group & Extended Bookings

  • Bookings of 3 or more units under a single lead guest name are considered a Group Booking.

  • Group Bookings are subject to the same terms as individual reservations: 100% full payment is required to confirm the reservation, and no modifications, cancellations, or shortening of stay will be permitted once confirmed.

  • For Group Bookings, full payment must be settled at least 60 days prior to arrival to secure the block of units.

  • Extended stays (7 nights or more) follow the same non-refundable, non-modifiable policy as standard bookings under Section 4.

Force Majeure

  • Paradise Ocean View shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, flooding, government-imposed lockdowns or travel bans, civil unrest, or other acts of God.

  • In such cases, the rebooking provision under Section 4 shall apply.

By completing a reservation with Paradise Ocean View, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
