We're located along Tambisaan Beach, a quiet, unspoilt stretch of shoreline on Boracay Island, away from the crowds of White Beach but still close to the island's main attractions. We are just a few meters away from Tambisaan port.
From Caticlan Airport (nearest): tricycle/van to the jetty port, boat crossing to Boracay, then land transport to Tambisaan Beach (approx. 20–30 minutes total).
From Kalibo Airport: shuttle/van to Caticlan (approx. 1.5–2 hours), then the same boat crossing.
Prefer to skip the queues? A private air-conditioned van paired with a private speedboat can take you directly from Caticlan Airport to the resort, arriving in as little as 15 minutes.
It's a short e-trike or van ride away around 10 minutes, close enough to reach the main strip, restaurants, and nightlife, but far enough to enjoy a quieter, more local beach experience. Complimentary hotel van transfers to D'Mall are available, following a fixed schedule.
Yes, though some sections may involve local roads typical of Boracay's infrastructure.

Boutique beachfront serviced ocean view apartments — offering more space and privacy than a standard hotel room, with full amenities like swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen for extended or short stays.
Our one bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 people while the Penthouse suite can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. Kids 6 years old and below are free of charge. Maximum of 2 kids per unit only.
Yes, our suites are absolute beachfront, with direct views of Tambisaan Beach.
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping service. Towels and linens are changed upon request.

Yes, our property features a beachfront/infinity-style pool for guest use. All the one bedroom suite has a shared swimming pool on the ground floor while the Penthouse suite has a private swimming pool / jacuzzi pool.

Yes, we have partnered with local operators to provide these services
We don't have an on-site restaurant, but we partner with delivery/errand services like Boracay Pabili, Mr. Swift, and MyBoracayGuide for food delivery. The nearest dining options are the restaurants at Station 3, just a short ride away.
Yes, each unit has a mini bar. Items are available for purchase and are not complimentary.
At the moment, we do not have free parking for large vehicles. We can only accommodate scooters.
We don't have an on-site spa, but we partner with trusted local spas, including Poseidon and Tirta Spa, for guests who'd like to book a treatment during their stay.
We do offer complimentary beach towels only.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Guests may smoke only in designated smoking areas on the property.

Yes — as a smaller, boutique property away from the busier tourist strip, guests generally enjoy a quieter and more secure environment.
As with most of the Philippines, we recommend drinking bottled or filtered water, which we provide/make available for purchase.
Light clothing, hats, reef-safe sunscreen, snorkelling gear (or rent on-site), swimwear, and a light jacket for breezy evenings.
Boracay's dry season (November to May) offers the best weather; rainy season (June–October) can bring occasional storms but also fewer crowds and lower rates. Tambisaan Beach can be breezy during Amihan season (roughly November–May) due to the northeast winds. It tends to be calmer during Habagat season (June–October), which is when it's also used as an alternate jetty crossing point.
